DTC At a Glance

Though it isn’t very residential yet, the Denver Technological Center (DTC) is a booming neighborhood in south Denver. Brimming with bars, attractions, shopping, restaurants, hotels, and a variety of professional offices, the DTC is a business and commerce mecca in the Denver city limits. Resulting from the Denver energy boom of the 1970s, the DTC has been home to big businesses in the area (and national businesses with local offices) for several decades. In the coming years, the DTC is predicted to grow even more, as legislation has allowed further development for businesses to the west of the existing complex and also delegates space for residential development to begin and coexist.

To the south of the DTC, you can see Pike’s Peak in the horizon, and to the north, Long’s Peak. Throughout the DTC you have exquisite views of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Living and working in the DTC is an easy lifestyle if you are a serious business person who wants to work and play within close distance of your home. If you want to live in the DTC but also want a more active social life, the light rail can take you into downtown Denver in no time.

Thinking of working, living, or just hanging out in the DTC? Not sure if it’s right for you? Come visit and see for yourself!
