According to an article on HousingWatch.com, South Florida has become the capital of bargain real estate. More than 56% of residential properties for resale in the area can be bought for $250,000, much less than what the houses were going for just a few years ago. According to the article, over 41,000 condos and townhomes are less than the $250,000 price tag.
