There’s a planned community called
Greenbrier in North Raleigh
that’s less than a mile away from the Triangle Town Center with low maintenance townhomes ranging from $124,900 to $171,190 with square footage from 1,217 to 1,504. The residences are close to shopping and restaurants and offer and easygoing kind of lifestyle. The different floor plans offer various room combinations and number of bathrooms.
Highland Creek is another planned community planned by the same builders as Greenbrier. Residents can choose anywhere from two to four bedrooms homes. Peyton Hall includes single-family homes with base floor plans go for about $170,000. The homes have great upgrades, designer paint colors and minutes away from downtown Raleigh, Crabtree Valley Mall and Buffaloe Athletic Park. And if you have children, East Millbrook Middle and Millbrook Elementary schools are close by.
