boxes, frequent squatting and bending down, and just moving around in general you’ll definitely get a good work out right off the bat! Especially for those who are
moving long distance, the time spent traveling in the car is an excellent opportunity to sneak in some simple-yet-effective exercises. While riding along as a passenger, heel raises are a great for working out your calves; placing a backpack or stack of magazines in your lap for added resistance makes heel raises even more effective! If driving, lifting your heels off of the floor board for extended periods of time will work out your legs and your core; the longer you can keep your feet elevated, the better! And of course, taking brisk jogs or walks during rest stops and bathroom breaks is a great way to knock out some cardio while moving long distance!
