Spring, Tx has always prided itself with the great success of our educational system. Ranking in the top three school districts in the greater Houston area is proof of the level of educational success we have achieved.
With 22 elementary schools including; Anderson Elementary, Bammel Elementary, Beneke Elementary, Booker Elementary, Burchett Elementary, Clark Primary (PK-2), Clark Intermediate (3-5), Cooper Elementary, Heritage Elementary, Hirsch Elementary, Jenkins Elementary, Lewis Elementary, Link Elementary, McNabb Elementary, Meyer Elementary, Reynolds Elementary, Salyers Elementary, Smith Elementary, Northgate Crossing, Ponderosa Elementary, Thompson Elementary, and Winship Elementary - it is obvious why our students in Spring start the road to a great educational future early.
Moving our students from elementary school to middle school is a smooth journey as they move on to one of our six middle schools. These middle schools include; Bailey Middle School, Bammel Middle, Claughton Middle, Dueitt Middle, Twin Creeks Middle, and Wells Middle School. These teachers continue to strive for obtaining great success with teaching their students, knowing they are preparing them for high school.
As our students in the Spring Area move on to high school they are now knowledgeable and becoming adults. They will now attend one of our great high schools. These high schools take on the difficult task of educating and preparing these students not only for college but also for life, they include the following schools; Carl Wunsche, Sr. High School, Dekaney High, Spring High, and Westfield High School.
Now our Spring students are ready for higher education, we have more than a handful of institutions that have occupational courses and college courses. They include - but not limited to Prairie View A & M NW Campus, North Harris Montgomery Community College District, Texas School of Business, and ITT Technical Institute.
