There are several programs which Heroes for Children provides aside from financial support. New laptop computers are even given to hospitalized teenagers living with cancer. There are even fund-raising events such as the upcoming 7th Annual Heroes for Children 5K Run/Walk which will take place this Saturday, September 24th at The Shops at Legacy in Plano. In addition to the 1K and 5K fun runs, there will be bounce houses, face painting, and a concert to keep attendees of all ages entertained!
