Clearwater’s labor force currently stands at just over 4,000, but visitors won’t be the only thing these parks will attract. Developers have plans for restaurants, hotels and additional retail centers in addition to the parks. Clearwater’s population is slated to increase rapidly as an educated workforce makes the move to Clearwater to seek high-level jobs and managerial positions made available by new developments.
