When you need someone who will go the extra mile for his customers, you can turn
to Luis Gonzales, who was recently named Charlotte All My Sons’ Outstanding Employee.
Luis, who came to work for All My Sons, Charlotte in July, 2006, is known by his co-workers
and customers as someone who excels in customer service. He’s always friendly, and
his customers often comment on how well he communicates
“I never say no, and I always work with a smile, because that’s what makes the customer
feel at ease,” says Luis, when asked why he thinks his customers enjoy having him
on their move. “I like my job a lot because I get to see different people every
day in different houses, and no two days are the same,” adds Luis, who is the father
of ten!
According to Charlotte Branch All My Sons’ Owner, Todd Harrison, “Luis is a real asset
to our team. Both new employees and veterans alike look up to Luis for his work
ethic and skill level. If we had 50 like Luis working for us,” Todd continues, “we
could really save a lot of stress for all our customers!”
