A new 250,000 square foot state of the art Central Library in downtown Austin will include:

Austin Parks

After School Programs
Children’s (5-12) supervised activities at locations throughout the city after school until 6 PM. Quiet time/homework, crafts, reading, nutritious snacks, cooking, sports, outdoor activities when weather permits, and other activities.
Dog Parks
Dogs can bring their people to 12 off-leash park locations throughout the city. This link has a listing of them.
