According to housingwatch.com, actor and director Tyler Perry just spent $7.6 million to buy a 58-acre estate known as Dean Gardens. Tyler Perry is the creator of the Madea character and also the House of Payne sitcom. He also wrote and co-starred in the Diary of a Mad Black Woman. He was in 2009 by Forbes the sixth highest paid man in Hollywood. Tyler Perry owns other properties in Atlanta and a mansion in Los Angeles.
