My name is Clare and I am the Office Manager here at All My Sons. It is my pleasure to work with all the people that call here in a day. For the most part, they are all kind and considerate people.
During these trying economic times, there are a lot of problems out there for people to get bogged down in. It is a pleasure to tell you that even during these times I still am amazed at the power of the human spirit. Allow me to digress.
Just the other day I got a phone call from a lady. She needed to move TODAY. She was obviously upset. It turned out that she had lost her home. My heart broke for this lady. We got to talking. We weren't talking about the booking, we weren't talking about her move, we were talking as people. As "older" women sharing our fears. We both ended up laughing and crying. We moved her that day and she called me a few days later and thanked me for just listening to her. It was my pleasure. Behind the phone are REAL people here at All My Sons.
I really like our customers. I have gotten to know more than a few people doing this job. THANKS to all you for being so kind. |
