But PDM properties bought the project at a negotiated discount and completed it. The interiors were mostly finished except for a few touchups. These townhomes have nine-foot ceilings, extensive moldings, hardwoods, tile in the bathrooms, stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops and a few other perks.
