All My Sons of Nashville, your premier moving company in and around Nashville, always keeps you up to date with real estate news. Here’s the latest we found online. According to an article on Tennessean.com, prices have dramatically been reduced on the luxury townhouses at 11th Of Main in Franklin and only five units remain for sale. These homes were originally priced at between $450,000 and $599,000 and now they’re for sale in the mid-$300,000s. The article goes on to say that what happened at first was the builder simply ran out of money and the project was going nowhere. But PDM properties bought the project at a negotiated discount and completed it. The driveways and parking paving were completed, landscaping was taken care of, so did the irrigation system, outdoor lighting, electrical and mechanical systems and sidewalks too. The interiors were mostly finished except for a few touchups. These townhomes have nine-foot ceilings, extensive moldings, hardwoods, tile in the bathrooms, stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops and a few other perks. There are also fireplaces and each townhome comes with a two-car garage. If this sounds like a place you’re interested in , check out Realtracs.com.
