On the day of the move, my kids were at their friends’ houses so I can concentrate on helping the Raleigh moving crew. I didn’t realize how efficient and knowledgeable they were. I didn’t really have to do much. Just kind keep an eye out, that’s it really. So I spent the day reading an old magazine sitting on one of the boxes until they transported all of them onto the truck, and settled on the floor. And from time to time, I saw my things leaving my house: My bed, the kids’ beds, TVs, computers, my library, my dressers, dining table, boxes and more boxes. Needless to say, all my stuff arrived safely at my new house and placed in all the different rooms. I spend the rest of the week unpacking, cleaning and decorating. | I just wanted to write about my experience with All My Sons Moving and Storage of Raleigh. It was truly a great one, especially considering the usual stresses the come along with the dreaded moving day. I work at an online marketing firm and my colleague recommended All My Sons of Raleigh. She said her sister couldn’t stop talking about what professional moving services the Raleigh movers offered her and her husband. So, I did some online research, I looked up the moving company’s website and found out a bunch of information. I like to be informed about the people and companies I give my business to. I learned they were licensed and insured, I learned they had numerous other All My Sons offices across the U.S and read a few of the articles they had online. They even have a blog with info about moving, real estate and information on cities around the Triangle Triad area. They seemed really established so I called to talk to them. By the end of the conversation, I was convinced these are the moving specialists I want to deal with. So I hired the All My Sons of Raleigh moving team for a later date. On the day of the move, I was truly impressed. The moving truck was parked in my driveway ready to be loaded. The Raleigh movers took care of everything. They even helped me re-pack a few boxes that weren’t secure. Apparently, there’s a right way to pack. Next time, I think I’m hiring All My Sons to actually do the packing too, save me the hassle of doing it. They managed to wheel out my beloved Subzero fridge without a scratch along with all my family’s other belongings. Beds, book shelves, dressers, kitchen appliances, televisions, computers, couches, dining tables and so much stuff I never even knew I had. It’s incredible how many countless items a family can accumulate through the years. It was a great moving day made possible by these amazing Raleigh movers.
